CREATE foundation is the national consumer body representing the voices of children and young people aged from 0-25 who come from an out-of-home care experience.
Since 1993, whether it concerns foster care, kinship care, or residential care, CREATE foundation wishes to connect with youth to empower and de-stigmatise the out-of-home care experience.

The program has been designed to ensure the activities are inclusive and the participation of First Nations Children and Youth is in proportion to their representation in the care population. CREATE supports over 45,000 children and young people in care through no fault of their own.
